Quick Dispute Resolution

 For a swift resolution to any disputes, we kindly request the following from our customers:

  • Visual Proof: Please provide clear photos or videos showcasing the damaged item. If a photo isn't conclusive, a video will be necessary.
  • Product Returns: In certain cases, our Dispute Team may request that the item be returned to Near Store for closer inspection.

Refunds, Resends, and Returns 

Near Store is committed to addressing any of the following situations:

  • Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed, needs tracking information, remains in transit, or is pending and surpasses 45 days since its departure from our warehouse, we'll address the issue.
  • Local Post Office Issues: Sometimes, orders might be held at your local post office due to an incomplete address or unclaimed package. We recommend reaching out to your local post office for faster resolution.
  • Discrepancies in Delivery: If tracking indicates successful delivery, but you have yet to receive your package, verifying this can be lengthy (1-2 months). While we'll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome.

Non-received Orders

 If tracking shows your order as delivered, but you haven't received it:

  • A formal non-delivery certificate from your local post office will be required, bearing an official seal.

Alerts in Tracking Information

 If your tracking information displays an "Alert" status, it could be due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Unrecognized recipient details.
  • Package refusal.
  • Failure to collect the package.
  • Unsafe delivery location.
  • Customs clearance issues, among others.

 Damaged Products

  • Severe Damage: If your product arrives in a severely damaged condition, Near Store will offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Minor Damage: We may provide a partial refund or replacement for minor damages like slight wrinkles or small scratches.

Incorrect or Missing Items

 Our quality control is stringent, but in the rare event of discrepancies:

  • Wrong Products: We offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Minor Errors: For issues like incorrect color or size that don't affect the product's function, we may offer a refund or resend upon receiving a complaint screenshot.
  • Missing Parts: If a missing part doesn't affect functionality, we offer a partial refund or send the missing component. If it affects functionality, we'll resend the product.
  • Accessories: For missing accessories, we'll resend the required items.

 Size Concerns

 If there's a size discrepancy, please measure the product using the correct method and provide us with a photo. Our team will then expedite your dispute.

 Order Cancellation 

We offer full refunds for cancellations before products are processed. However:

  • Customized orders cannot be canceled post-payment.
  • Preordered inventory items exclusive to you cannot be canceled after payment.
  • Paid orders for videos and photos cannot be canceled as they are prepared specially for you.
